- Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and all variety of plumbing
- Diagnose, repair and replace plumbing fixtures and systems as needed
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop solutions
- Performing plumbing maintenance and educating homeowners on services
- Providing customers with quality options and closing calls
- Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, water heaters
- Preform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal usage
- 3+ years plumbing experience
- Being a licensed plumber is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- A polite manner and excellent customer service skills
- Sound knowledge of water systems
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
- May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Must have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing/repairing/and or maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines.
