- Provide category management support to Ocean Spray’s business for the Grocery channel including trend analysis, item ranking reporting, category review/reset process and shopper panel insights
- Create business reviews that incorporate retailer, market and category trends as well as consumer and shopper insights
- Leverage insights to create growth strategies for the category
- Create and present planogram recommendations for retailers
- Partner with Ocean Spray sales team developing insights and presentations for customers
- Utilize multiple data sources to develop comprehensive recommendations spanning product, placement, price, and promotion
- Uncover assortment opportunities through space to sales analyses
- 4+ years Category Management experience, Food & Beverage preferred
- Expertise with IRI/Nielsen POS
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with retailer loyalty card data (i.e. Scintilla, 84.51, SymphonyAI)
- Space planning software experience
- Strong analytic skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple ongoing projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sell an idea persuasively and collaborate with others
- Bachelor’s degree required
