Inside Sales Representative (Full-Time)Job Summary:C.M. Products seeks a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to be a linchpin in supporting our outbound sales team and ensuring our customers' needs are met with precision and care. This role is crucial for managing inbound inquiries and working closely with existing customers, providing a seamless bridge between initial contact and final product delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing quotations, entering/confirming orders, and scheduling/completing order fulfillment. The successful candidate will be stationed in our warehouse location, allowing direct access to materials and facilitating close collaboration with the operations team, supporting this growing business.Primary Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and effective responses to inbound calls and inquiries from existing customers, ensuring their needs are addressed with expertise and care.- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team, offering vital support and coordination to enhance customer service and streamline sales processes.- Handle requests for quotes with precision, tracking each customer request from initiation through RFQ, estimate, sales order, shipping, and delivery, ensuring no detail is overlooked.- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transaction processes within the company’s CRM system.- Educate customers on our product offerings, utilizing knowledge from direct access to warehouse materials to inform and guide.- Support the outside sales team and operations team by ensuring customers receive efficient and effective service, reinforcing our commitment to quality.Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience in an inside sales or customer service role, with a strong emphasis on supporting sales teams and managing customer relations.- Superior communication skills, capable of effectively managing inbound communications and building strong relationships with existing customers.- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and the capability to master new software tools quickly.- Organized and strategic, with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and keeping thorough records.- Customer-focused, with a passion for understanding and meeting customer needs through proactive and informative engagement.- Team player with a flexible attitude, ready to collaborate closely with sales and office staff to achieve business goals.

-Embodies a perpetual enthusiasm for learning, committed to personal and professional development and staying at the forefront of industry trends and skills.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales position, ideally with experience supporting an outbound sales team.- Knowledge of warehouse operations and product handling is beneficial, enabling hands-on customer service and product education.
