Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for quality and a knack for training? We're looking for a Quality Assurance & Training Manager to elevate our service delivery and empower our frontline teams. If you're ready to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:As our Quality Assurance & Training Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional service and developing our talent. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading Quality Initiatives: Develop, implement, and manage site-wide quality programs, ensuring adherence to CIMS GB Standards and conducting internal and customer-required quality audits. You'll also analyze audit results, identify areas for improvement, and oversee corrective actions.
  • Driving Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs for frontline employees and managers on industry technology, janitorial procedures, equipment usage, chemical safety, and best practices. You'll ensure learning objectives are met and foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Enhancing Performance: Ensure accurate and timely inspections based on the scope of work and train team members on the competencies needed to perform their jobs to company standards.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a smooth, efficient operation.
What We're Looking For:
  • We're seeking a proactive and influential individual with:
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of proven experience training hourly employees.
  • Demonstrated quality management experience and proficiency with quality measuring tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of janitorial techniques and operations (floor care, carpet care, restroom cleaning, equipment, chemicals).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to quickly learn and effectively disseminate knowledge of technology-based applications and programs.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others and drive change.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, with the ability to write clear technical reports.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
