  • Support District Growth: Partner with the District Manager to drive performance, support business goals, and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations.

  • Customer Service Experience: Background in customer service, collections, finance, or banking is highly desirable.

  • Valid Driver’s License: Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance for travel between branches.

Work Location: District-based travel; home branch - 2476 South Oneida Street, Ste 140, Green Bay WI 54304Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasonsHourly: $17.00 - $23.25The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.All full-time employees are eligible for benefits, starting day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision and other voluntary coverages.
