This role is critical to ensuring quality, compliance, and minimizing downtime for healthcare providers.Job Duties:Perform start-ups, in-service training, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical gas and vacuum systemsGuide and support Field Service Technician I team membersConduct warranty evaluations and component replacements both in the field and in-houseRead and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and product manualsSupport after-market sales activities and customer service needsTravel for field assignments (up to 40%, including overnight, sometimes on short notice)Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and company proceduresQualifications:3–5 years of electrical/mechanical experience (field service experience preferred)High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Technical Certificate preferredStrong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills (PLC controls and pneumatics a plus)Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignmentsExcellent customer service and communication skillsValid U.S. driver’s license (clean record) and ability to obtain a passportWillingness to pursue ASSE Med Gas 6040 Certification (company sponsored)Why Join Us:Opportunity to grow your technical expertise with specialized medical systemsCompany-sponsored certifications and ongoing trainingWork that makes a direct impact on healthcare facilities and patient careQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.#inLS
