If you take pride in craftsmanship and want to be part of something tangible, this role is for you.What You'll DoAs a Cabinet Assembler, you'll use both hand tools and advanced woodworking machines to create sleek, high-quality retail displays. You'll be a vital part of a collaborative team that turns raw materials into beautifully engineered finished products.Daily Responsibilities:Operate woodworking machines including saws, jointers, planers, and shapersTrim, glue, fit, and clamp parts with precision to form sturdy subassemblies and unitsDrill holes, drive fasteners, and reinforce joints as neededSand and prep surfaces for finishingInstall hardware such as hinges and catchesCollaborate with team members while maintaining safety and quality standardsFollow established processes while working efficiently to meet production goalsWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetWillingness to follow safety procedures and policiesPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or wood product assemblyFamiliarity with operating woodworking machineryFlexibility to work at multiple PDS Tech locations as neededCommitment to diversity, equity, and fostering an inclusive environmentWhy Join PDS Tech Commercial?At PDS Tech Commercial, we don't just build products-we build careers.
