
MKTG Trainee: Hospitality & Events

- Conduct venue research and develop recommendations for client presentations
- Support hotel and transportation logistics management
- Propose food and beverage menus, taking into consideration clientele and the guest experience
- Recommend event gifts, including product sourcing and fulfillment
- Maintain attendee lists and other important documents, specifically status reports and meeting notes
- Organize, distribute and manage client ticket allocations (physical or digital)
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors
- Manage shipping and receiving logistics
- Reconcile event budgets
- Provide general office support
- Some travel (including weekend travel) may be required based on account needs
- Program start date: January 12, 2026
- This role requires 3-4 days each week on location along with other days as needed. This role will be in the following location: Charlotte, NC

- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.
- College degree (Bachelor's or Associate's) preferred, relevant experience will also be considered
- Interest in sports sponsorship and activation events
- Contribute to ideas and solutions that lead to the success of the MKTG team and client accounts
