DescriptionCustomer Acquisition - $20/hrWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!   • Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to identify and acquire new clients
  • Develop and test new customer acquisition strategies to improve performance
  • Provide feedback on sales tactics and customer acquisition processes
  • Consistently meet and exceed customer acquisition targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and sales strategies
  • Use Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) to manage and track sales activities
  • Contribute innovative ideas to drive customer acquisition and sales growth
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales with a proven success record
  • Strong ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience with high-volume calling and excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
