- Working in a high volume customer services center responding to phone inquiries about Group Benefit Plans, i.e. health, life insurance, long term disability, voluntary benefit plans, Retirement and Stockholder Services,
- prepare paperwork related to benefit requests and update associates' information and
- assist with a variety of other tasks within the benefits department as needed.
- high school diploma or equivalent experience
- ability to handle a high volume of calls daily and process work accurately, timely and meet deadlines
- professional telephone etiquette and probing skills
- ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
- ability to work independently and productively
- be detail-oriented with good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
