  • Working in a high volume customer services center responding to phone inquiries about Group Benefit Plans, i.e. health, life insurance, long term disability, voluntary benefit plans, Retirement and Stockholder Services,
  • prepare paperwork related to benefit requests and update associates' information and
  • assist with a variety of other tasks within the benefits department as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • two years Publix retail customer service experience in an employee benefits administration department
  • call center experience
  • benefits experience
  • general accounting skills
  • Bilingual -Spanish a plus
