As a Card Customer Journey Data Owner, you'll play a critical role in using data to accelerate product development and drive business growth.As a Data Owner Vice President within the Credit Card Customer Journey, you will be responsible for ensuring the strategic use of high-quality and well-protected data in the Credit Card business. You will collaborate with key partners to drive an understanding of data usage, support business objectives, and enhance analytics outcomes. Your role will involve developing project plans, mapping data, and working with stakeholders to ensure data is fit for purpose and integrated into analytics platforms.
You will work closely with the Credit Card Data & Analytics team, a segment of our Consumer & Community Banking division, to ensure data is understood and used effectively. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in coordinating with stakeholders and managing project timelines.Job Responsibilities:
  • Create plans for the development and delivery of product data to support strategic business objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on data content and usage within the business.
  • Accurately document data flows and analyze data attributes across systems.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support business objectives and data governance.
  • Drive execution of data-related programs across matrixed teams.
  • Foster collaboration and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with product data delivery partners and data consumers.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 10+ years of industry experience in a data-related field.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in the Credit Card area and/or Customer domain.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate business cases from technical details.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent leadership skills in managing product, programs, projects, and teams.
  • Technical knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, and data architecture.
  • Proficient in data querying and manipulation using SQL, Python, and data science tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations.
  • Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
