
QEHS Specialist

- Provide onsite support for the quality, environmental, health, and safety team at the assigned facility or region.
- Investigate issues using internal tools, collaborate with multiple teams to conduct root cause analysis, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Travel to regional branches at least once per quarter, primarily for day trips with occasional overnight stays (10-15%)
- Conduct QEHS inspections and audits of facilities and processes, working with local teams to address any findings or concerns.
- Promote a culture focused on quality, environmental, and safety standards.
- Deliver training on QEHS topics, including safety toolbox talks and stand-downs.
- Serve as the primary PIT (forklift etc.) trainer for the region.
- Support the training of new warehouse associates.
- Use data analytics tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively with facility supervisors and leadership.
- Work within our ticketing email platform to address reported issues or requests for support.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
- Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is preferred but not required
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 14001:2015 is preferred but not required
- 1+ years of warehouse experience is required.
- High School diploma or G.E.D.; or
- 2-4 Years of related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear.
- Required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance.
- Lift and/or move 10 pounds and may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- This is a non-exempt position and pays between $23.51 - $31.36 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
