You will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and minimizing costs. This role collaborates closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align production plans with demand forecasts and inventory targets.You will:
  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changes.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant departments.
  • Analyze capacity and resource constraints to improve scheduling efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and scheduling processes.
Key Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Shift/Hours:
  • 1st Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday
Compensation:The hourly pay for this role is: $25.00 – $28.00/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
