- Provide on-the-ground leadership to Premium Parking Attendants in assigned premium zones.
- Model and reinforce white glove service standards, ensuring all guests receive personalized, high-touch interactions.
- Ensure team members are informed, properly equipped, and executing their responsibilities with precision and professionalism.
- Coordinate and oversee setup and breakdown of premium parking equipment, including Premium signage, barricades, cones, and directional lighting.
- Greet and assist premium guests, offering clear parking guidance, answering questions, and providing concierge-level support.
- Act as the first escalation point for guest needs, feedback, or special requests in premium zones.
- Maintain a professional and polished service, setting the tone for the premium guest experience.
- Communicate regularly with Supervisors to report operational updates, guest feedback, or staffing needs.
- Support opening and closing procedures while ensuring premium areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Serve as a positive role model for the team, upholding Insignia's values and guest service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example, remain calm under pressure, and resolve guest concerns with discretion.
- Previous experience in parking, events, or customer service strongly preferred
- Comfortable leading a small team and giving clear instructions
- Ability to handle high volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
- Flexibility with work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to work in extreme environments (ex: loud environments)
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
