Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Utilities Industry Expert with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA, specifically within the supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in inventory management, warehouse management, fleet management, and ideally, utility billing. This role will be heavily involved in providing strategic guidance, leading solution design, and ensuring successful delivery in a utility sector context.Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA supply chain processes within the utilities industry.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and leadership for inventory management, warehouse management, fleet management, and utility billing modules.
  • Lead solution design, build, and test activities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
  • Present complex concepts to stakeholders through clear documentation, structured presentations, and concise written outputs.
Required Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience.
  • Strong industry expertise within utilities, with a focus on supply chain operations.
  • Deep functional knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management, fleet management, and utility billing processes.
  • Proven experience in leading design/build/test phases of large-scale SAP initiatives.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high-quality written deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Systems Integrator (SI) experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-value solutions.
  • Experience working in leadership roles on complex, multi-phase SAP projects.
