  • Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
  • Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending
  • Effectively provide training to new hires
  • Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
  • Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team
  • Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
  • Able to create an effective schedule.
  • Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation
  • Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system)
  • Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
  • Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses
  • Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
  • Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
  • Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
  • Experience with team building
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong work ethics and professional attitude
EXPERIENCE:Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role. Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.   • The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE).
