
Rainstorm Car Wash Assistant Manager

- Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
- Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending
- Effectively provide training to new hires
- Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
- Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team
- Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
- Able to create an effective schedule.
- Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation
- Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system)
- Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
- Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses
- Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
- Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown
- High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
- Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
- Experience with team building
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong work ethics and professional attitude
- Frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday.
- Use of hands; reach with hands and arms.
- Climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel.
- The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions.
- The employee must be able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
- The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
