Your responsibilities will include Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, replace, calibrate, and install components of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Perform predictive/preventative maintenance procedures on electromechanical equipment. Participate in continuous improvement projects and other related activities as assigned. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Technical diploma and/or associates degree in relevant field preferred and/or a background with an emphasis on automated systems in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to understand complex diagrams and schematics. Knowledge of Industrial Network Communication. Knowledge of RFID in Manufacturing Production. Working knowledge of robotic systems preferably FANUC Working knowledge of three phase motors, circuits, computer interfaces and VFD's Working knowledge of PLC control systems preferably Allen Bradley to include software for ControlLogix 5000/SLC 500 programmable controllers Working knowledge of Keyence/Cognex/Fanuc or other vision systems Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Basic machine preventative maintenance skills: lubricate, align, adjust, and clean mechanical equipment and perform other preventive maintenance tasks. Ability to make accurate arithmetic calculations, follow blueprints, guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met. Ability to operate standard and powered hand tools, precision measuring devices and gauges, material handling equipment, and personal computer. Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures to start up and shut down processing equipment. Ability to understand and assist in diagnoses problems of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical nature. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment with little direction or management. Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams to achieve objectives. Possess professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and technical work instructions. Ability to problem solve using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) concepts. Complete understanding of safe work practices, policies, and ability to work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others and compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations.
