- The Product Engineer supports the T901 Assembly manufacturing processes.
- The T901 Product Engineer ensures expectations on safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met.
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
- Address product non-conformances, MRB & PR, repairs, and design change requests.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvements and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with quality and design resources to support APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
- Present to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
- Explains technical information to others.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing) + 3 years of experience in Manufacturing
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
