- Drive implementation of a new vision for the Home Office: mindsets, behaviors, and creation of organization-wide processes.
- Work with the Executive Team to implement revised communication and collaboration structures, including meetings, retreats, email correspondence, and other protocols.
- Design systems to enable easier collaboration within the Executive Team.
- Oversee and track implementation of the strategic plan and organizational growth including expansion of the Executive Team and expansion in Ohio.
- Facilitate annual planning process for leadership team and home office functions as well as future organization-wide strategic planning.
- Manage the network Data Manager and ensure the timely turnaround of student testing results.
- Support the Data Manager in conducting a comprehensive assessment of the organization’s data needs by function.
- Support the Data Manager in identifying a network data system that provides for relevant and timely reporting at the board, executive team, school leadership, and classroom levels.
- Responsible for supporting ReGeneration’s three boards including acting as Board Secretary, preparing board and committee agendas and presentations, and helping to identify and recruit board members.
- Stewardship responsibility for CICS and The Thomas B. Fordham Institute, ReGeneration’s school authorizers.
- Responsible for all marketing support including internal newsletters, family and staff communications, social media posting, advertising, and creating of marketing materials.
- Stewardship of ReGeneration’s key philanthropic partners.
- Management of outside consultants, including marketing and website support.
- Identifying and submitting grant applications to corporate, foundation, and government funders.
- Management of ReGeneration’s community outreach and advocacy efforts.
- Strategic planning competence and experience.
- Leadership skills, including effectively leading & influencing peers and subordinates.
- Proven ability to steward board members, foundations, and high net worth individuals.
- Experience building systems and processes to effectively scale organizations.
- Demonstrated track record in effectively leveraging marketing, advocacy, and development on behalf of an organization.
- Strong analytical skills and a high standard for quality output.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage rapidly changing deadlines and demands.
- Independent and proactive problem solver.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of non-profit management experience, preferably in education.
- Experience in strategic planning and systems improvement.
- Experience in board relations and donor stewardship preferred.
