- Serve customers by determining product needs and requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining databases, and supporting company sales goals and objectives.
- Enter standard order and quotation requests into the order entry system.
- Increase sales by proactively providing alternative product offerings or solutions to external customers as appropriate.
- Be a technical resource (i.e., style, size, application, mounting, etc.) for standard products and services with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Multi-task to perform daily inside sales work (answer phone calls, enter orders, provide technical advice on product-related issues, etc.)
- Maintain an exemplary customer service/problem-solving attitude and handle difficult customer situations to our customer’s satisfaction. Escalate when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior customer service or customer relations experience preferred (in the production industry)
- Prior experience handling inbound calls
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Two (2) years post high school education and two (2) years of work experience or an equivalent
