With manufacturing, operations and sales, service, and support functions across the globe, your journey at Tennant can take you places you never expected.As Associate Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Tennant's Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) product category, with a strong emphasis on our Connected Services offering. You'll support strategic planning, product lifecycle management, post-launch performance, and customer engagement, ensuring our solutions deliver real value across global markets.This is a highly collaborative role that interfaces with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to accelerate innovation and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze market dynamics including competitive landscape, macro trends, customer needs, and supplier capabilities in the cleaning equipment industryLead execution of Connected Services strategy: from upstream activities (data analysis, stakeholder engagement, customer insights, value proposition development) to supporting downstream deliverables (training, promotions, collateral, communications)Partner with Sales and Senior Product Managers to identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities for AMR and Connected ServicesRepresent the product team in sales meetings and customer calls, supporting product introductions and competitive positioningSupport global expansion initiatives for Tennant's AMR portfolio in collaboration with Commercial and Product Management teamsContribute to cross-functional projects that enhance the AMR product roadmap and portfolio strategyAssist in the advancement of existing strategic partnerships and evaluating new business opportunitiesSupport in the preparation of monthly category performance reports and insights for leadershipRequired SkillsProactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for solving complex challengesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholdersSkilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategiesStrategic thinker with a bias for executionProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plusRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred)3-5 years of experience in product management, B2B sales, or marketingProven success launching B2B products across multiple sales channels (Direct, Strategic, Distributor)Familiarity with direct and distributor sales models; experience in cleaning or mobile equipment industries preferredDemonstrated ability to drive results through cross-functional collaborationWillingness to travel up to 10%; must be able to work at both Eden Prairie and Golden Valley locations as neededCompetitive base salary commensurate with experience: $77,200 - 115,800 annualized
