The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, streamline, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:
- Assist with new development of upcoming statutory projects
- Assist with system re-engineering efforts related to the new suite of Policy Administration systems
- Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers necessary to maintain underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing processes
- Assist with the timely resolution of production issues
- Assist with system re-engineering and maintenance efforts related to Policy Center written in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .NET Core
- Assist with security scanning and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Assist with development of web applications that meet WCAG guidelines
- Develop various policy related API and micro web services
- Efforts related to integrate policy data to data warehouse/business intelligence system
- Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
- Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
- 84 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, SQL Tuning, and generating a data file from Oracle
- 84 months experience with Microsoft C# .NET and Object-Oriented Programming, developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.NET and MVC
- 84 months experience in static scanning, Third party component Scan and vulnerability remediation
- 60 months experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, JSON, and HTML, XML, REST API
- 84 months experience developing web applications conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
- 60 months experience in using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
