- Pay Rate Range: $18.00-$21.00/Hour
- Location: Delano, MN
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 6AM-3:30PM, & Friday 6AM-10AM, O/T mandatory when required.
- Position Type: Temp to Hire
1. High School diploma or GED.
2. Ability to stand for extended periods.
3. May be required to lift/move up to 50 pounds independently.
4. Strong math skills, visual inspection and computer abilities necessary.
5. Must be able to interpret and work from prints, work orders, specifications, and verbal direction.Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors, measures, and records work pieces per documented procedures by testing / inspecting product using a variety of metrologies including, but not limited to: calipers, micrometers, height gages, thread gages, pin gages, check fixtures, and laser vision to ensure accuracy of machine operation and conformance to Quality standards.
2. Performs minor machine maintenance and preventative checklist such as checking machine fluids, oiling machines, dies, or work pieces, ensuring emergency stops and mats are in place.
3. Demonstrate consistent commitment to quality and possess exceptional attention to detail.
4. Demonstrates familiarity and consistently complies with ISO 9001 standards and practices.
5. Maintains clean and efficient workspace.
6. References prints and work instructions to determine the appropriate materials, resources, and proper tooling for machine set-up to complete job specifications.
7. Installs, aligns, and locks specific punches, dies, or fixtures in machine beds in accordance with work instructions.
8. May assist in training machine operators.
9. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists in solving work problems.
10. Machine Operator is responsible for tending fabrication machines that bend and shape metal tubing and structures. Other duties may be assigned.Discover Award Staffing:
