We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be physically capable of lifting approximately 70 lbs daily throughout an 8-hour shift. Candidates should be comfortable with fundamental computer operations. Forklift experience is a requirement, and preference will be given to candidates with Cherry Picker experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and pick, handle, and pack materials within the warehouse.
- Lift and carry objects up to 70 + Lb.'s throughout an 8 hour shift daily.
- Utilize basic computer and scanner skills
- Operate forklifts and, ideally, Cherry Pickers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow established processes
- Bilingual proficiency
- Basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects throughout the day
- Forklift experience required; Cherry Picker experience preferred
Experience with 5S: Responsible for implementing and maintaining the 5S methodology across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, encompassing the principles of sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain. This leads to continuous improvement. Previous experience in implementing 5S principles is preferred.
