Location: Austell, GAJob Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of commercial construction inspection/management experience
B.S. in construction management or architecture, or a combination of higher education and related work experience
A fundamental understanding of engineering systems/approaches and construction processes, they must be detail-oriented and customer service-driven.In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the clients request. The primary duties will include weekly site visits to track construction progress, preparing weekly field reports, attending OAC meetings, and coordinating with contractors, clients, and company headquarters during the building process.
They will review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings, approve pay requests, process change orders, and coordinate with design staff and the contractor to resolve issues that occur in the field.
