Schedule: * Day, 7a-3pKey Responsibilities: * Provide daily direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, transferring, and ambulating.
  • Create a home-like environment, offering emotional support and working closely with residents’ families.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
  • Assist with medical procedures, record resident care, and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure resident safety by following infection control practices and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and assess resident needs.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs.
Qualifications: * Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
  • Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of patient care and best nursing practices.
  • Empathetic and compassionate, with a dedication to resident well-being.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
