ANNUALLY$39,852.00 - $53,247.96This position serves to primarily support the Deputy Executive Director(s), Chief Operations Officer and Governmental Affairs and Policy Director. The position will assist with planning and coordinating scheduling requests for Senior Staff with the Governor's Office, other agencies, and partners/stakeholders; making travel arrangements; preparing materials in advance of scheduled meetings; managing EDO conference room reservations. In addition, this position as a back-up front desk administrator to the main CDLE reception. The position is a unique combination of ambassador, customer service representative, and administrative assistant.Residency Requirement:This posting is only open to residents of the State of Colorado at the time of submitting your application.Class Code & Classification Description:

  • Bilingual (read, write, speak) in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience performing similar duties as a State of Colorado classified employee.

This assessment is currently scheduled to take place from September 12th to 11:59PM on September 19th however these dates are subject to change based on the needs of the recruitment.This exam will feature 39 questions with a time limit of 39 minutes to complete. The question types will be: simulated office program operations, true or false, multiple choice, and a timed typing test.
