ANNUALLY$39,852.00 - $53,247.96This position serves to primarily support the Deputy Executive Director(s), Chief Operations Officer and Governmental Affairs and Policy Director. The position will assist with planning and coordinating scheduling requests for Senior Staff with the Governor's Office, other agencies, and partners/stakeholders; making travel arrangements; preparing materials in advance of scheduled meetings; managing EDO conference room reservations. In addition, this position as a back-up front desk administrator to the main CDLE reception. - Previous experience performing similar duties as a State of Colorado classified employee.

The question types will be: simulated office program operations, true or false, multiple choice, and a timed typing test.
