Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift (6:30pm -7am) production team in our Muncy, PA plant. In this critical role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. You'll be leading various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more!   • Production Line Support - Lead all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.
  • Direction and Servant Leadership Result - Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.

We're Looking for Someone With
  • Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes
  • High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing
  • Ability to work evenings.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
CompensationThe annual salary range is $70,080 - $91,980, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
