Your responsibilities will include:
Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to medication delivery, payments, and general inquiries
Verifying patient information, insurance, and processing requests accurately in the system
Updating concise progress notes to keep workflow and referral status clear
Providing exceptional customer service, escalating issues to the clinical team when necessary
Identifying and reporting adverse events (AEs) or product complaints (PCs) to ensure patient safety
Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to the team/program needs
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 1 year of high call volume call center experience
Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Typing skills of at least 30 WPM
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
