Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to medication delivery, payments, and general inquiries
  • Verifying patient information, insurance, and processing requests accurately in the system
  • Updating concise progress notes to keep workflow and referral status clear
  • Providing exceptional customer service, escalating issues to the clinical team when necessary
  • Identifying and reporting adverse events (AEs) or product complaints (PCs) to ensure patient safety
  • Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to the team/program needs
Must-Have Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of high call volume call center experience
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Typing skills of at least 30 WPM
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
