- Partner with department leaders to implement and manage HR initiatives, policies, and best practices
- Lead employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Manage EEO compliance, unemployment claims, and workplace investigations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while ensuring AAP/EEO compliance
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition
- Support organizational development initiatives and change management processes
- Provide guidance on labor relations matters and union contract administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years HR Generalist experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Union environment experience a plus
- Competitive base salary: $67,000 - $93,000
