Lead MS Dynamics DeveloperLocation: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)Duration: 9 monthsWe are seeking a skilled Senior IT Lead Dynamics Developer with expertise in Microsoft's Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be effective in both technical and business discussions.Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Develop expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform, and C#.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Dynamics 365, document solutions, and collaborate with system administrators.
Adhere to best practices and define governance approaches for platform usage.
Create documentation on platform usage and prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements.
Serve as a liaison between IT and business units, logging and resolving issues.
Contribute to process and policy improvements within the Business Enablement Services program.
Engage in DevOps practices within Power Platform environments.

5 years of experience as a D365 Technical Lead.
8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
8 years of experience with customization and implementation in D365.
5 years of custom development experience using .Net, JavaScript, and C#.
4 years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
4 years of experience with PowerApps and Power Automate connectors.
