- Primarily residential plumbing
- Dispatched to plumbing service and install calls
- Service and repair of residential plumbing fixtures and equipment including hot water heaters, water lines, faucets etc.
- Installing water heater and other accessories
- Providing excellent customer service and answering customer questions
- Able to make repair / replacement decisions
- Providing feedback to owner
- Full-time position with available overtime
- No on-call
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Pass background check and drug screen
- 2 + years' experience in residential plumbing
- Experienced using tools of the trade including but not limited to; plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels, and screwdrivers.
- Installation of hot water heaters and other accessories
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
- Ability to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability and willingness to train and supervise others
- Willing to work in all types of weather
