Our client, a growing industrial manufacturing company that recently opened in Batavia, IL, is seeking an Industrial Parts Sales Representative to join their team.The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail with experience in parts sales and ideally with knowledge of industrial machine parts.Pay Range of $25-$35/hr. (Depending on experience)Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm**PLEASE NOTE-THIS POSITON REQUIRES YOU TO WORK ONSITE, THIS IS NOT A HYBRID/REMOTE OPPORTUNITY.**Industrial Parts Sales Representative Job Duties:Customer Service:
Answer phone calls and assist with email inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and ordering.
Help customers identify the correct parts needed for their blow moulding equipment.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
Resolve customer issues and handle returns or exchanges.
Sales and Order Management:
Take orders, process sales transactions, and manage inventory levels.
Verify part availability and order parts from suppliers.
Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Inventory Management:
Ensure parts are properly stocked and organized.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages.
Participating in cycle counts and inventory control procedures
Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Other Duties:
May be required to assist with other tasks, such as answering customer inquiries and preparing reports. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Locating and ordering parts from catalogs and other vendors.
