Job Description:This position is for the 2025-26 school year.NOTICE OF POSSIBLE WAIVER: Per KRS 160.380, to expedite the hiring for this position, the district may apply for a waiver to prevent disruption of necessary instructional or support services.Roby Elementary School is looking for a positive, patient, and team-oriented candidate that has strong content knowledge with the ability to provide varied instructional strategies. Candidates must embrace the use of technology and have a strong work ethic. He or she must be flexibile and willing to learn. In this role, tutors will assist in the implementation of education programs by providing comprehensive assessments, evaluations and instruction to meet the needs of parents and children in all grade levels at Roby.Candidates must be caregivers for all students.We are looking for a high quality candidate who will live the core values of the RES by believing in:

This position is for 6 hours per day (plus 30 minute unpaid lunch) and 183 days per year.170 student instructional days, 4 holidays, 7 planning days and 2 extended daysContracted days will be adjusted depending upon start date.(Considered full time with benefits)
  • Must have 64 college credit hours and a 2.5 GPA and provide a copy to HR upon recommendation to hire.
