What you'll do...JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skills and experienced Senior IT Endpoint Project Manager to lead our endpoint deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with specific experience in managing endpoint and telecom solutions. This role required a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and leadership skills to ensure the successful execution of endpoint projects that enhance our operational efficiency and user/customer experiences.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage endpoint projects through a variety of phases including proof of concepts, pilots, and full national rollouts.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of endpoint projects, including procurement, configuration, deployment and lifecycle management
  • Develop and implement project plans that include detailed timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines, budgets, and project goals
  • Communicate project status, challenges and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports
  • Lead, motivate and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Mentor IT leaders and individual contributors on project management best practices
  • Complete all tasks necessary to close the project, transitioning to an operational state if necessary, and conduct retrospectives.
  • Contribute to vendor QBRs by sharing clear feedback on vendor performance on projects
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related area, or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.
  • 5-10 years project management experience.
  • Familiarity and experience applying a variety of project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver projects according to high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective written and oral presentation skills and facilitation skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of internal associates, external vendors and business partners.
