- Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information,
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently
- Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
- Explain all completed work and charges to clients
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction is a plus!
- Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
- Above average energy level
