ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Roberts - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.   • Oversee the agency team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor customer service and sales representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience in office management or insurance.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Property/Casualty license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred).
  • Life/Health license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred).
