  • Manage and direct all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with the project team, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training as needed
Essential Job Functions:
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project status, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily reports, site records, and change orders.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Skills: * Minimum of +8 years of experience as a Superintendent in Mission Critical/Data Center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Degree in construction related field.
