- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate and schedule project-related meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, flagging any potential issues to the project manager
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage and update project management software and tools
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and contracts
- Coordinate travel arrangements for project team members when necessary
- Maintain and update project-related databases and spreadsheets
- Assist in the creation and distribution of project status reports
- Support the project team in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Help organize and facilitate project team-building activities
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new project team members
- Manage office supplies and equipment related to project activities
- 2-10 years of experience in project administration, office assistance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
