Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $14.90Shift: 1st shift 7am-3pm Mon-Fri occasional OT
We’re looking for a Senior Operator to help lead and support daily production. You’ll train operators, track progress, and make sure safety, quality, and performance goals are met. This role is key in helping the team stay on track and continuously improve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train operators on safety, quality, PRO notes, BOM, and work instructions
- Fill out and monitor the Hour-by-Hour boards for each machine
- Record hourly targets and track if goals are hit or missed, with clear comments
- Ensure CI (Continuous Improvement) and 5S practices are being followed
- Verify and document scrap, including reasons
- Collect daily totals and update Zone Board
- Communicate clearly with both team members and supervisors
- Take part in zone meetings and help with any corrective actions
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Able to perform all standard operator tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Able to read and speak English
- Comfortable with basic math
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
