- Serves as the Operations Support Specialist for assigned division within IMCOM G9. The incumbent exercises independent judgment and skill in carrying out support services by assisting the supervisor or chief with all matters related to;
- internal control actions, planning, reports/briefings, special projects, division significant acts, Garrison rosters and compliance logs. Reviews plans, programs, and regulations pertaining to personnel, automation, analysis, and administration.
- Coordinates division activities and establishes office operating procedures to ensure uniform interpretation and implementation of regulations and directives.
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing correspondence; preparing briefings and charts;
- manages meetings and maintaining calendars for the Branch Chief/Division Chief; managing division SharePoint content and tracking suspense items using automated systems.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent is required to complete a Tier 3 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
- Position sensitivity II; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of management principles, practices, and techniques to provide support services to the organization, analyze administrative/support practices, and recommend improvements to procedures and policies.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of standard office software programs, such as word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.

- This is a pay-banded position.
- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
