Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (10-Month School Year)Travel: May be required to support nearby Stratford campusesWhat You'll Do:Provide classroom coverage as neededFollow established lesson plans or create new ones for long-term assignments
Collaborate with lead teachers and school staff to ensure a smooth classroom experience
Assist in managing student behavior and maintaining classroom routines
Provide coverage in classrooms or administrative support as needed
Adapt to different grade levels and teaching styles with professionalism and flexibilityWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
Prior classroom or educational experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and a passion for working with elementary/middle school aged children
