  • Perform scheduled PM's and/or inspections and maintain documentation for PM Program in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, adjust, test, or maintain various equipment with a sense of urgency and may need to assist co-maintenance or operation technicians in these activities Rebuild pumps, gear boxes; ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
  • Read PLC's, VFD's and various electrical control systems throughout facility
  • Work in a team environment with supervisors, managers, co-maintenance technicians, operation technicians, quality technicians; or individually with minimal supervision Complete written and/or CMMS entries accurately and completely as a historical record of work performed
  • Assess, escalate and communicate equipment issues to others for additional support and resources
  • Maintain work area, maintenance shop, stock room, tool storage, parts and supplies
