Apple Roofing is looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist with CRM expertise to join our growing team in Plano, TX. This is not your typical front desk role—we’re looking for someone who can manage daily customer interactions and leverage technology to support sales and marketing. If you’re great on the phone, organized, and skilled with tools like HubSpot (or other CRMs), this role is for you.What You'll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers—answer phones, greet visitors, and provide outstanding service.
Manage and update customer information in HubSpot or other CRM systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Support the marketing and sales team with lead intake, tracking, and follow-ups.
Assist with reporting and dashboards to help leadership track performance.
Coordinate communication between customers, sales reps, and project managers.
Jump in to support customer service inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
Contribute to marketing tasks such as campaign support, email follow-ups, or event coordination.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:
3+ years of CRM experience (HubSpot strongly preferred; Salesforce, Zoho, etc. acceptable).
Reception or administrative experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong phone and communication skills—warm, professional, and solution-oriented.
Some experience in customer support or inside sales.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Comfortable creating basic reports or pulling CRM insights.
Bonus: Experience in construction, roofing, or home services industry.
