Responsibilities:
- Manages month end sales, margin and operating expense reporting and analysis for the consolidated Sales organization for review with Commercial Finance leadership; brings to close any action necessary
- Develops, maintains, and manages a robust routine reporting infrastructure for stakeholders within Finance and Sales
- Coordinates the Operating Expense forecasting, planning, and variance analysis process by working closely with local Sales Finance teams around the globe
- Takes leadership in building and maintaining revenue planning consolidation templates in support of the company’s annual operating plan cycle
- Partners with Director Commercial Finance and VP Commercial Finance in leading the implementation of new initiatives across the Commercial Finance and broader Finance organization
- Works collaboratively with regional finance leads to identify synergies and efficiencies in regional processes
- Plays a key role in quarter end earnings preparation by partnering with regional teams to gather and summarize relevant storylines for the quarter
- Leads quarterly forecast accuracy assessment for all commercial finance teams
- Partners directly with the Sales Operations organization to manage a $20M+ annual operating expense budget
- Identifies and implements improvements to enhance the overall operation of the global commercial finance organization (processes, templates, reporting, etc.)
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
- Appropriate professional qualification / certification to practice finance in country / region preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience will be considered with 3 years of relevant Zebra experience, inclusive of participation in the FDP program
- Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Advanced Excel and database skills
- Advanced experience with ERP systems: Oracle, OBI, SAP
- Oracle SmartView experience highly preferred
- High degree of accuracy
- Confident at working to deadlines
- Prior experience of working within a Finance department is essential
