As a Clinical Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide vital support to both our clinical and administrative teams, helping ensure our clinics run efficiently and patients receive excellent service.Position Summary The Clinic/Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both the clinical and administrative operations of the facility. This individual is responsible for organizing supplies, managing incoming and intraoffice mail, assisting in patient record handling, and providing courteous assistance to patients and staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting..Reporting to this Position: No direct reports.Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or administrative support role preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for courier responsibilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to [insert weight if applicable] lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using tablets and scanning technology.
Essential Job Duties
  • Scan and label patient catheters for storage in the supply room.
  • Restock clinic and supply rooms as needed to maintain inventory readiness.
  • Receive and unpack all office deliveries (FedEx, UPS, McKesson, etc.).
  • Coordinate the transport of supplies/products to other UA clinic locations as required.
  • Handle intraoffice mail distribution.
  • Scan and archive patient charts and medical records as needed.
  • Perform regular (hourly) lab courier duties, including AutoUA pickup/drop-off at the Atrium office.
  • Deliver supplies and materials between UA clinics as assigned.
  • Provide patient navigation support, including wheelchair transport to and from vehicles when needed.
