- Engage directly with individuals and businesses to understand their needs and recommend product and service solutions
- Conduct tailored consultations on wireless, entertainment, and smart home services
- Manage client relationships through inbound/outbound communication from our Houston office
- Provide accurate, helpful product and service information to support customer decision-making
- Process new service requests and updates in a timely, efficient manner
- Log client interactions, feedback, and daily progress in internal tracking systems
- Stay current with clients offerings, product features, and service plans
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and group sales goals
- Contribute to outreach and marketing efforts within the local community
- Maintain a professional and solutions-focused presence during every customer interaction
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to our Houston, TX office
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- High energy with a goal-oriented personality
- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management is a plus
