- Conduct outbound calls to quote new auto insurance business and follow up on quotes to close sales.
- Meet with clients to understand their insurance requirements and present suitable life insurance options.
- Service existing clients, providing assistance and addressing inquiries, while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Listen attentively to clients’ needs, provide personalized insurance solutions, and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
- Actively participate in events, showcasing enthusiasm, and promoting our insurance services.
- Strive to achieve individual and team sales goals, demonstrating a proactive approach during slower periods.
- Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Persuasive and able to present insurance options clearly and convincingly.
- Strong team player who can thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to take initiative and drive results.
- Enjoyment of socializing and building relationships with both customers and teammates.
- Familiarity with insurance products and industry.
- Knowledge of life insurance policies and their features.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) would be an asset.
- Base salary plus commissions, with an expected annual income of $40,000 to $60,000.
