Full-Time ExemptThe Student Success and Persistence Coordinator position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team. This is a grant-funded position. If yes, then this is the position for you!As the Full-Time Exempt Student Success and Persistence Coordinator, you will be in a strategic role designed to strengthen student success and alleviate the growing non-academic demands placed on nursing and allied health faculty. Faculty are increasingly called upon to assist students with financial aid navigation, academic advising, and personal mentorship-responsibilities that contribute to workload stress and risk of burnout. The SSPC addresses this challenge by serving as a dedicated resource for students, particularly first-generation and underserved individuals, helping them access financial, academic, and personal support systems. By providing this guidance, the SSPC enables faculty to focus on instruction, clinical preparation, and curriculum development, ensuring both improved student outcomes and long-term program stability.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Publisher).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong emotional intelligence and maturity.
- Must complete Learning Management System Training (CANVAS) within six (6) months of hire.
- Current resume that includes educational and professional work experience;
- A list of 3 professional references listing contact information including email address;
- Member Copy 4 of the Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD Form 214 or 215)
