- Assist with ongoing IT department projects and daily activities.
- Incident Response: Ensuring quick and informed responses to system incidents.
- Best Practice Strategies: Assist with implementing and maintaining best practices
- Develop understanding of IT systems and processes
- Assist with Development of Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence Tools.
- Develop foundational knowledge of current ERP data structure
- Coordinate ERP data transfer into Datawarehouse
- Provide technical support for resolving ERP and Database problems.
- Search for innovative improvements in service
- Determine appropriate steps for problem solving
- Maintain ERP and Database integrity, security, and performance
- Interface with other departments to resolve problems/issues
- Provide high quality end-user service
- Provide technical assistance and expertise to other support groups
- Listen effectively to the needs of users
- Assist in creating training materials for users
- Own effective communication with the end-user including follow-up
- Search for innovative improvements in service
- Help administer IT policies and procedures
- Educate users and assist in compliance with policies
- Support continually improving network security and compliance
- Share knowledge
- Through the problem resolution process, educate users
- Share knowledge with colleagues to increase the knowledge level of the group
- Other duties as assigned
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Degree in related field or 1 to 3 years of related experience.
